Rebecca Ayato is a legal officer at Landnet, an organisation whose missio is to create an enabling environment for effective participation of all stakeholders in the efficient use and management of Uganda's land resources for sustainable development. She specialises in research on land, land management and tenure security, natural resources and corporate governance.
